Ive had that before. but you got to sleep or you'll get sick. just try & calm down, dont think about dying. dont worry. sleeping is good for you, your body needs it. good luck & best wishes.
You sound like you are in a depression along with your anxiety..talk to your doctor about these symptoms....maybe there is a medication or a different therapy that can help.
I do the same thing but I usually cant sleep until I know its light out .I have ptsd its difficult to manage at times but I understand what you are dealing with .I cant stand to take sleep aids either because im afraid something will happen while im knocked out.Best of luck to you. K
