The feeling I get on my skin occurs mostly when I'm laying down...it feels like my hairs are moving or tingling mostly in the legs and arms/head.  I also feel like I my head and face have spiderwebs stuck on them sometimes.  Is this a symptom of you all too??

Yes I got those sensations early on in my anxiety disorder, especially on my face, upper back, forearms/hands, calves/feet.  Fast forward seven years and now my feet/calves have this "buzzy/tingling" feeling all the time.  I get numb patches of skin all over my that disappear as mysteriously as they appeared.  I also get painful patches of skin that feel like a cross between an electric shock/sunburned/carpet burn feeling.  It drives me nuts!  All my docs say its anxiety!  Hope this helps!

I do get head pressure when bending over followed by faintness when standing up. If I bend over long enough I can feel this pressure pulsing with my heart beat.  I think that we are hyperaware of our bodies which just adds to our other symptoms.  The numb skin feeling occurs all over my body in different areas that suddenly appear and disappear with no rhyme or reason to it.  When I first started feeling them they would last hours to a few days, however I currently have a patch just below my left knee on the side of my calf that has been there for going on 3 weeks.  I know it will go away as I had a numb patch in the same exact spot on my RIGHT leg a few months ago that lasted over a month!  The painful patches of skin will only last a few days but I fear given time they too will hang around longer.  I hate these anxiety symptoms, I mean it's not bad enough that we have to feel spacey, confused, and scared all the time, but to be plagued with these very REAL physical symptoms....sometimes it just doesn't seem fair.  I hope you both felt well today!

Do you guys ever get flickering lights.  I get these when in a lit room.  Sometimes the light just seems to flicker or flash, then back to normal.  This makes me exteremely worried and scared.

I get sharp pains in my head, sometimes when I bend over and sometimes for no reason - it comes suddenly and lasts for a few seconds and then disappears. I think the sharp pains have to do with the muscles in my neck. You know, the muscles that are in your neck go all the way up to the crown of your head, so if they're tense, the pain can be in your head too.
