PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Please someone help me....Last night I couldn't fall asleep and I felt a restlessness throughout my entire body...like restless leg syndrome but throughout my whole body. It's been going on for the whole day today, and has never let up!!! i have a cold right now, but I'm currently not on any med's (except for the robitussin i took) Anyways, I suffer from severe anxiety and OCD...is this a symptom of anxiety or from my cold? or from what??? I don't know but it's driving me NUTS!!! Can someone please help...

i dont really have any advice for you and im not sure what its from...but i deal with the same thing every night. i toss and turn all night. my muscles ache constantly.

Stop taking the Robitusson immediatly.  OTC cold meds can aggravate anxiety or even create it.

Do you take any med. for your anxiety and OCD?  It sounds like anxiety to me.  Do you see a Dr?

What is being restless? Sry I may sound stupid but I nvr know how it feels to be restless.. Like u're not tired?
Or I'm assuming if u say restless leg, its like the blood isnt flowing in your leg and u have that ''.......''sensation?
