I had 3 panic attacks come a few weeks ago, i havent had any for about a month before hand, mine last for about an hour they come and stop and come back and stop back and fourth, and ive had a few now like this. Im a Audio Engineer / Musician and ive found that mine come if im thinking about a show im about to play, or if im working on mixing a bands project etc. I start to get nervous and an attack comes on. So i found that this is one of my triggers for an attack, Im getting ready for a show tomorrow and today started to feel the anxiety coming, once it started i began to think, "ive done these before, everythings always been fine" then afterwards the anxiety started to go, physical sensations started to go, and only lasted about a minute. It got me thinking about the other attacks i had and what the triggers for them were, and i had most of them before a show or mixing a song etc. So i think ive found a way to stop or more likely reduce my anxiety at least, and im going to try to find what my other triggers are also. So identify what your triggers are and try to resolve them the best you can. Ive been taking medication for about 2 months now this has helped me also. Hope this helps. wish you the best
