Partial hospitalization program for anxiety has anyone ever tried this???

Hello I was wondering if anyone here has tried a partial hospitalization program for anxiety. Apparently the way it works is that I have to go to this rehab for 3 days a week from 9am - 3pm and they help you cope with anxiety and you get to see a psychiatrist once a week. I am curious to see if anyone has tried this and if it helps???

Never heard of such a thing, but it sounds like a great idea.  Will insurance cover it??

Yes it does. It all depends if you go 5 days a week t I believe the copayment is higher but i was told my copayment for going 3 days a week is only $20 per day which isnt too bad. I mean compared to living with anxiety!
