Physical Symptoms Related to Anxiety

Hi,
I have been experiencing many symptoms over the past 2 years and have also been tested for many things. My tests have all been good, so I'm wondering if it is possible that my symptoms may be related to anxiety.
I have a lot of numbness, stiffness, fatigue, muscle spasms, etc... My question is: Is it typical to have these syptoms predominantly on one side of the body when anxiety related? Most of my symptoms are left sided, more recently have developed some, but very little on my right side. Is this typical of anxiety, or would they be more generally wide spread?
Thanks :)

i have these same symptoms on and a little more predominately on my left side. yesterday i went to an orthopedic surgeon to see what was wrong with my left side. he said nothing was. of course. its always the answer i get. i have a facial twitch that is slightly stronger on my left side. my left arm gets the shakes worse (even though i get them all over my body), and my left hand gets the shakes worse (even though i get them in both). my hands and arms feel stiff when im anxious. and my facial tick gets worse. ive been super panicky/anxiety prone for two weeks straight now and my muscles spasms, stiffness, numbness is unrelenting. im freaking out, i really wish this would all just go away. im sorry you are feeling bad. please know you are not going through this alone, even though you may feel like it. we're with you!

I suffer with severe anxiety and most of the pains and aches I get are usually around my heart, or left side. it is usually normal for the pains to be more to one side or a certain place from what i've been told. :)
