Please Help Me asap so worried!

hello i am so worried lst night i had the nxiety symptom lump in the throat i neve sleped a wink i am still wide wake nd hve a lump above (were would be if i ws a man my adamz apple) around 2 1/2 cm above its making me feel sick i no i need to calm down i have had his symptom before but never with  lump please advise me

well its mby physical problem that normally causes anxiety as every other physical symptom.

Please try not to worry, this is anxiety you can bet on it!!!! I have had it along with feeling like i am being strangled around my throat and feeling tight in my neck and throat, my partner (who has never had anxiety probs before) has this lump in the throat at the moment.  The best thing i find is to accept it, dont fight it as it will make you more tense and keep yourself occupied to take your mind off it, I find occupation paramount in all of my anxiety symptoms which are numerous!!!!  If you doc says all is ok then i think my advice should help, i hope so. thanks so much i no its anixety u fund  tiny lump in your throat and make it feel like it shouldnt be there then it gets worse from there i was starving myself this morning scared to eat google made it worse as it always does!! but i feel a bit better now still very anxious x
