Here's the thing -- lots of people get their first anxiety attacks while high, but the first response should be to see a psychologist who specializes in anxiety treatment if it starts to become chronic. If it doesn't become chronic and it's just one and done, it just means that drug isn't or you anymore and move on with your life without it. You go on a medication when you can't function well enough to get through life, but you still need to try therapy to see if you can solve the problem. Nobody can know if you can beat this without medication, especially given you're used to it now, but my opinion is that now's the time to do what you should have done first and get anxiety therapy.
