There should be something available at a clinic. Don't be afraid of antidepressants. They are very safe. At one time, maybe back in the 60s or 70s, they were pretty dangerous drugs. They have come a long way and will help you.

Exercise will also help. Stay on an exercise program daily and this will also releave anxiety and depression.

Send me a message if you want to talk.

I forgot to mention. The movie like feeling you are experiencing may be derealization or depersonalization. No need to worry. These are sideaffects of anxiety. They will not harm you. It is your brain going into a dream like state while you are awake. It happens to protect yourself from trama.

Blessed,

Please see about going on meds. Maybe an antidepressant. Don't fear these drugs. They are truely miracle treatments for those in need.

I am sure you can handle this on your own but why suffer. These will help you. Its good you quit smoking because cigarettes make anxiety worse. Cutting out caffine will help and I suggest limiting alcohol.

Hang in there. You'll be ok
