The fact that you're very young is a strong indicator that this isn't anything serious. You should definitely go see a neurologist, as he/she may be able to help. I hope you feel better soon!

Hi Kelz, I've had the same feelings you mentioned and still have when my anxiety gets worse. Like LRon said it's the anxiety causing the feelings and sensations and not anything else.

It's most likely that your anxiety is causing your symptoms, not the other way around. But of course the symptoms are also scary which causes further anxiety. It's like a vicious feedback loop and it can easily cause a person to spiral into a panic attack. I know because I live with anxiety and dizziness/lightheadedness on almost a daily basis.

Try not to hyper-focus and dwell on your dizziness and other symptoms. Instead, get involved in something that takes your mind off of them like a project of some kind, visiting a friend, reading a good book, whatever. You need to focus your attention and energies OUTWARD rather than INWARD. The more you can do that, the better you'll feel.

The fluid in your ears may also be a factor. Perhaps that will clear up on its own. You might ask your primary doc for a referral to a neurologist.

I hope you feel better soon!
