I think you're dealing with guilt over past behavior, realizing what you did was wrong. The fact that you have come to realize this is a big step in the right driection, but don't let this define you as a person. We all make mistakes, but it's how you live your life from this day forward that now matters. I think you're taking a close look at yourself as to why to acted as you did, which is always good to do just to self evaluate and see what areas we can improve on. But don't condem yourself, correct what you can, and if possible apologize to those you have hurt. But if this becomes a problem to the point of affecting your every day life, you may want to seek therapy to learn how to cope with it all. Keep moving forward. Take care......
