I can always gauge how bad my anxiety is by my appetite. I, like you, love to eat. But when I have anxiety I find it hard to choke down food. I've recently lost 20 lbs because it has been so bad. Sometimes liquids go down a bit easier. Try a protein shake or a smoothie.
This is a compeltely normal symptom. This used to be a symptom for me too. I wouldn't want to eat anything at all, even thinking about food made me feel sick. Force yourself to eat anyway, it's important that you do so. This went away for me on it's own.
