Who knows of a good psychologist/psychiatrist for anxiety and panic attacks in Los angeles, ca? Preferably in the san fernando valley area. Thank you.

Please dont discourage others from seeking help, it is not a bad thing to seek out someone;s assistance and not everyone can benefit the same way from something that someone else may have. I have read all of Claire weeks and I still need to see doctors.

you do not need a doctor....try charles linden method or by the book by claire weekes call hope and help for your nerves..i just started with this anxiety thing and i am 34..never had it before...both are so great and can really help....docs are a waste of time...look inside of you

Is there a way you can speak to your local hospitals or doctor and ask for a good recommendation maybe. I am in Canada so not much help at all. We normally dont have the choice unless we see a psychologist. I hope you are able to find someone great.
