Hiya! Yes, it is most definitely due to the meds being expired for one!! As meds get old, they tend to lose their effectiveness. I wouldn't play around with the dose either...especially with an old bottle of meds.
Talk with your doc..and tell him/her how effectiveEffective strength cough syrup the InderalInderal Inderal la was for you in the past...and you are finding that maybe you could use them in the event of a presentation. I'm sure he/she won't have a problem prescribing them for you again. And, properly dispose of the old ones!!! Most hospitals have programs to accept expired meds for proper disposal.
