I'm sorry you got this news, but look at it this way...you've identified this NOW, and have a chance to make changes, be proactive, and get healthier to decrease your risk of heart disease. You've got some work ahead of you...ask your doctor for help with things like nutrition/diet/weight loss (if applicable), and also recommendations for where to start with an exercise program. Are you active now?
The one great bonus to this is, as you begin to get healthier, you'll not only feel better PHYSICALLY, but mentally as well. Making positive lifestyle changes will help your anxiety a lot!
