Seeing Stars/Dizziness

Anyone ever experience seeing stars/dizziness? This happened to me twice yesterday, a first for me. Only lasted a few seconds, but kicked my health-related anxiety into overdrive.

I'm trying to convince myself I'm OK - I recently saw the eye Dr (eyes are healthy), had bloodwork done.. mostly healthy minus a slight vit D deficiency *no anemia, thyroid, B12 deficiency, or other issues. Blood pressure is good. All I can figure is dehydration (I was very thirsty & tired yesterday), heat sensitivity (heat index in the mid 90s w/ 60% humidity, high of 100 today), PMDD, anxiety in general, or a combo of any. Note: I have a Dr's appt next week so I will bring it up.

No similar issues today, but I still don't feel great so I'm working from home - light sensitivity, feeling "off-balanced" (not dizzy though), upset stomach, fidgety (all common anxiety symptoms for me). My anxiety has been pretty manageable the last 2-3 weeks, so I'm VERY discouraged today. Afraid it'll happen again, afraid to drive, afraid of what caused it, embarrassed (happened during a meeting), & upset w/ myself that I let this derail my progress.

Any words of wisdom or comfort?!
