Serious HIV Anxiety!!!
Can't seem to get this stuff out of my head:
1. I drank from a used cup that had ice at the bottom with blood in it and the lip of the cup was smudged with a brownish substance where someone has drank from the cup previously.
2. yesterday I was having a conversation with a stranger and they inadvertently spit in my eye!!!

Thank you! So it is not possible to get infected from drinking Hiv blood in your beverage?
HIV doesn't live very long outside of the body, transmission is almost always through sexual contact, blood transfusions or the sharing of needles. It is statistically nearly impossible to contract HIV from the situations you described. I'm a nurse who has worked with HIV patients for over 20 years and have had much closer contact with them then you are describing and I am well. If your anxiety about this persists you can always get tested from a doctor but honestly I think your chances are nil.
