Severe Anxiety Gas/Burps/Heartburn

I am having extremely debilitating anxiety right now. Mild chest discomfort but I focus in on it so much that it becomes unbearable. I am always aware of my heartbeat and like above I focus in to it where it just drives me insane. I am expereincing undescribable levels of discomfort and I just dont understand whats wrong with me. My heart rate throughout the day is 90-100 bpm resting, and it shoots up even when I do simple tasks such as walking. Ive been to a cardiologist and they did several tests and said everything was there and in working order but my pictures were "blurry" so that definately just increased my anxiety 10 fold. A long with this, I was told to wear a hear monitor for a month which did nothing except increase it even more, and I did not even wear the monitor in the end. The strangest symptons though are just constant vibrations or movements in my intestinal area, bad heart burn, bad gas, and a feeling like I have to burp but just cant. Im hoping that my heart is fine and the feelings are just from my focusing on it too much, but I just dont know. Can anyone relate to this? Its been 3 months and I cant even sleep anymore.

Thank god for this site, I'm a 37 yr old female and have been feeling alot of these symptoms like chest pain, pains in my heart and a burning sensation in my breast muscle. I have also been to a&e many times only to be told i everything is fine. I have had 3 ecg's and also see a heart specialist who also thinks everything is normal. So i guess i too am suffering from anxiety although i dont know where this has come from. Although i did watch paramedics trying to resusitate my brother  after having a fatal heartattack 2 years ago. And think it may have been a delayed reaction to this. Its so reasuring to read that i'm not alone and its so comfoting  and find it has eased my mind reading everyone elses stories. So thank You everyone.

Im a 29 years old female , My first anxiety attack was like two years ago I thought I was having a heart attack I felt like fainting , my heart started beating reallly fast  , I felt tingling  all over my body and I couldn't breath I was really scare , they prescribe me Medicine only took it few days I didnt wanted Medicine i still get the Anxiety but know i dont know uf it has to do with my heartburns , this past week I been having hearthburns and anxiety , when I get anxious to go away I try to calm down and lay on bed and take a nap it usually goes away , I avoid a lot of stuff for heartburn  because I think that had to do with gastritis like no spicy food , no coffee, chocolates, smoking, drinking, eating late and it actually help me loose weight that's the only good thing , good luck

I had most or all of the above. 72 yrs old. GERD, colin cancer ned. I take a 1mg Lorazapam at nite and sometimes during the day if I feel stressed etc. Dr. prescri9bes this condition as Adult Panic Attack and Anxiety Syndrome with non-specific causes. It just happens, but can be controlled.

I got my first panic attack at three in the morning. i was only 20 years old. The day before i drank three of the four lokos which we all know contain caffien and alchol. On top of that I was a heavy coffee drinker. My heart felt like it was going to stop and i knew that i was having a heart attack. The hospital i went to did not diagnose me with any thing I acually did it my self. Weird right? I knew the caffein and beer and stuff. had a lot to do with it. But still contiue to drink and for a while did not have these panic attack but for the past month they are starting to come back and alot of it is stress. I nedd help and suppoort to stop drinking and dont know how to do it. If ypu feel the same please respond!!!!!!!!!!!
