Yes, tremors, shaking, and "inner vibrating" are all symptoms of anxiety. The symptoms can vary greatly from person to person, and they can even change from day to day for a person.
Remind me what you're doing to address the anxiety? Have you talked to your doctor? In therapy? You're still stuck on the merry-go-round....overanalyzing every sensation. That's typical with anxiety, too...but it can get out of hand if measures aren't takem to break that cycle.
You definitely need to start working on a plan to start addressing the anxiety. It's not always easy, it takes time, and work, and patience, but anxiety CAN be manageable. I have panic disorder, and have learned a lot about managing anxiety. You have to help yourself by taking a few steps though...getting professionals involved is step one.
Hang in there!
i have horrible panic attacks and anxiety - but have honestly only had this issue after having an attack and not eating because i am too shaken up from the attack. i agree with the other posters here when they say to you, that the best option for you may to go see a doctor. i don't think it is anything serious though, so try to think the best of thoughts when it comes to this. :)
i have never actually seen a doctor about anxiety but i know i have it, or have had it for years. shaky hands, vibrating feeling, unable to sit still and panic attacks. i have had them all , some more frequently than others, but i do know how you feel. I have learned to manage it better but i still have the symptoms. but like dolphinleiker said, if its too uncontrolable you might want to see a doctor
These tremors can happen with anxiety. So you may want to talk to your doctor.
