i have had those symptoms too. pretty similar, mine started off with synus aches, after that i developed eye floaters for about 6 months, i quit dairy products and my eye floaters disapeared, i used to smoke cigs, no drugs, and i developed migraine aura, which freaked me out the first time, thought i was dying, i seem to be ok now, but i do get the feeling sometimes when i speak that reminds me of been drowsy, like in a dream sort of state where i'm not sure if i'm dreaming or not, pretty scary if i think about it, or focus on what is happening. i have been to doctors had scans and everything is fine, it's the synus which creates preassure on the brain, by the way i also get the contrast effect, it's normal before u get a headache, but in some cases you might not get em. my advice?, quit eating cheese and drinking milk, and the cigs. ; )

It may be anxiety but has anyone ever done any test to see if you have developed narcolepsy? I seen a neurologist because i alwaso feel like i'm living in a dream world with no concious awareness alot of the time. You go on an auto pilot like mode. I seen my GP and they put it down to anxiety. However i wasn;t happy with their answer and paid to go private and they think i may have narcolepsy. It's a sleeping disorder... do you often feel very tired? When your brain is tired you lose that concious awareness. It's to do with you not getting the right kind of sleep so your not really resting your brain n stuff. I smoked marajuana, done ecastacy, mdma, cocaine and acid and admittedly it's came on since then. Being anxious about the problem too could also make it worse along with your other sinus and eye issues. Just a thought, hope it helps
so can marajuana cause panic attacks ?
First of all, I am glad that you quit doing all of that. These substances can really exacerbate anxiety and cause a myriad of harmful symptoms to one's body. Having said that, your doctor has done multiple tests and cleared you medically, which should provide comfort. But, in my experience with health anxiety, reassurances often do not provide lasting relief. Have you ever thought about talking this over with a therapist? Many times we become oversensitized and misinterpret many common aches and pains and there are many reasons and underlying causes for the feelings of any forms of anxiety.
