The answer is YES!  But, that's exactly what anxiety is!  It is an unnatural or irrational fear and most times, we cannot control it or improve it without help.  We overthink and "what if" ourselves mad!

Your parents are telling you things like that, or telling you you seem better because they likely do not understand.  Unless a person has been through anxiety, it is impossible to understand why we just cannot "snap out of it".

We've all told you...and I'm going to tell you again.  You need to find a new doctor.  The one you went to is blowing you off and dismissing you.  You need to REALLY explain to your parents that regardless of what they think you DO need help.  My suggestion is to search your posts here and print out every single thread you've started and the replies.  This is something weighing very heavily on your mind and you need some help with this.  Your parents are your number 1 supporters...it is possible they don't realize just how BAD this s for you.  Please....do that TODAY.  Have a talk with them...let them read your interactions here.

They need to know that for most people, anxiety doesn't jsut go away on its own...we need help from professionals.  And you going to a doctor who tells you it's "all in your head" isn't helpful at all.  Anxiety is a very real and very common probelm...one that requires getting help.

Let us know your plans.  Get moving on this today....you've suffered long enough!  You know we're here for you!
