Could it be Effexor XR withdrawal for more than 6 months?!

I have been suffering from so many symptoms that I couldnt understand, I did all tests except the MRIs and CT scans, mainly I have fatigue, discomfort feelings in my throat, werid movements, vertigo and etc. I have tapered from effexor xr 6 months ago under Doc supervision but I m still having these symptoms which really scares me.

help please,,,

Sometimes you can have rebound anxiety and depression after going off these meds, even if it's been 6 months. I'm wondering if this is what's going on with you? It sounds more like possible depression to me instead of GAD.

Thank Remar for replying back,

actully not, firsrt two weeks were great, I started going to the Gym I lost like 20lbs from three months exercising, in between I started to feel fatigue or imbalance and then one day while I was jagging I couldnt breath and I went to ER and nothing serious. since that day ( 3 month back ) I went to Endoc, ENT, Cardio, and all reveals normal. somedays I feel fine and days not and really bad. I go to work but I really find diffculties to perform. I m 27 years old and married. I dont smoke or drink. I dont know what else should I do?!!

I m so scared, I went to Psychiatrist and diagnosed me again with GAD which I m really not convinced yet.

anyone has the same things ?!

Are the symptoms the same as when you first went off the Effexor? I do know with some people it can take months to get over the withdrawal, it did for me. Six months is a really long time though. Hopefully some other members here will jump in with their Effexor withdrawal experiences.
