Sudden Leg Movement, Shooting pain in fingers/hand?

I have been having this shooting pain in my hand and fingers. It doesn't happen all the time but it usually happens few times during the day. Does anybody get this? like its this sharp pain in my fingers that lasts for a second or so

And also sometimes when im resting or sitting my legs move unexpectedly and im scared it might be tremor caused by Huntington or Parkinson's disease. It usually happens once or twice a day and never when im moving or walking. Like my leg just jumps for a second without me noticing or causing it. Could anxiety do this? Its like this sudden movement and last for a second or so.

I am noticing a similar shooting pain in my left hand thumb. But it occurs if and only if I fully stretch forward my left leg. Otherwise its absolutely painless. Any ideas if its related to this post? So far the doctors i've met have no clue. Orthopedist bounced me to a Neurologist and the neurologist bounced me back to the Orthopedist.

It could be restless leg, Google it and see if you have any other symptoms. As for you hand and fingers, could it be a cramp? I get cramps in my feet all the time and suffer from restless leg. It's nothing to worry about though. A lot of people have it and unless it keeps you awake at night, I wouldn't worry. Other then that, it could be Arthritis but you would need a doctor to assess for other things before diagnosis. Does anything relieve the pain?
