Suffering from panic attacks but weird side effects

Hi,

Im suffering from panic attacks and have been for around 3 weeks now. everyday i get a new problems with my body its either a pain or something swollen or something strange.

Well my worry is... These odd cold feeling through out my body
When it first started it felt as if water was running down the side of my head (right side) and then i felt it near my ear and finally my neck. Now i just get a strange cold sensation in my head sometimes in forehead too. When this happens it usually last all day, i also feel extremely drowsy, my eyes find it hard to focus and get stabbing pains in my head all over.

But even bigger of a worry is the cold feeling is spreading down my neck and in the centre of my chest. I also notice i have weird lumps top and bottom of my sternum (bone in middle of chest) Something like lymph nodes but i have looked it up and theres no lymph nodes on the sternum. What is this cold feeling and weird swollen lumps. The doc's gave me ibuprofen but that doesnt do aynthing and everytime i said about the cold feeling my head they just seemed to shrug it off and say they dont know and look very confused. This is really worrying because it feels like something is spreading through my body and its getting worse

What ya reckon ?

It's all nerves my dear. When I get a severe panic attack I wake up the next day shivering, my legs get very heavy, I can't stand noise, bright lights......your body is under a great deal of stress when you are anxious and it takes a lot out of you. You feel literally 'ill' all the time but it's all anxiety.

I can totally relate to that cold feeling! I have it too. I get it almost everyday. Then right after the feeling my hands start shaking. I got very scared the first time I ever felt it. I thought I was going to die. It is a very scary feeling. I went to the ER one time thinking I was going to die but the Dr. said it was all anxiety.

If you got checked out by your doctor, then I would believe him/her.  Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms...especially health anxiety.  When I was going through this, if you could name it, I thought I had it, and every little twitch, pain, sensation was a huge call to alarm for me.  In my opinion, quite often this cycle of thinking can really get us trapped into believing that we have something truly wrong with us when in fact we are suffering from anxiety....have you had anxiety issues in the past?
