Do you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks? You’re not alone. Millions of people suffer from anxiety attacks on a regular basis. Anxiety is a normal feeling that is part and parcel to the experiences of life; however, an anxiety disorder can hinder your ability to control your sense of panic and return to order.
Thanks for the comments. I'll be glad when its all cleared up. I guess we have to realize that technology isn't perfect all the time. I have a mammogram every year so prevention is the key I think. I know women who won't go in case there is something as do other people I know with other tests. Regular tests are always a good thing.
Problem anxiety may be caused by a mental condition, a physical condition, the effects of drugs, or from a combination of these.
Common types of anxiety include these mental conditions:
Panic disorder: In addition to attacks of anxiety, called panic attacks, common symptoms of panic disorders are stomach upset, palpitations (feeling your heart beat), dizziness, and shortness of breath
Yes I agree, it is common and chances are very good that it is nothing. Try not to worry about it and keep us updated.
This is very common and usually turns out to be nothing.
Health anxiety can be really hard to deal with in my opinion. In my opinion, it is good that they want to take a look at it. My wife actually had to go back in because there was a lump that eventually turned out be nothing to be worried about. Medical tests come back inconclusive all the time. I have had to repeat multiple tests in the past because there was something wrong with the first be it technical or something they saw, which in the end turned out to be nothing to worry about....keep us posted!
