Therapy

by surfergirl10, Jun 01, 2008 06:59PM
Heyall! I asked my therapist about PTSD.  I told her that I have alot of horrific memories. She said possibly this may be
PTSD.  I realize everything takes awhile and individuals are different.  It seems to be such a slow process. Can someone explain to me what how you talk to your therpist...should Ijust indulge into my past.  She said that would be fine..it seems so awkward. Anyway, I will also bring in my journal. Also, I am feeling emotionally detached from my kids. I just can't seem to get into my 3 year old right now...and she knows it. It is so hard to fake it too. Any tips.
