Tingling in face/scalp.

I'm going nuts. This tingling feeling (that I could describe as white noise) started 3 months ago when I was still 17. Now it feels mostly on top of my temple/above my right eyebrow like that general area and sometimes I can feel it as far as half of my scalp and a little under my right eye. My right eye feels weird sometimes and lately my eye has been doing this twitching thing. I don't know how to tell anyone so I can go get tested but does anyone have any idea on what this could be? I am overweight and eighteen but I'm trying to diet tomorrow. Someone just please help. It stops a little bit when I press my hand on it.

MS? Anxiety? Something else?

I have been diagnosed as well with anxiety/panic disorder and I have been dealing with this for a few months.  I have noticed many people comment that there are good days and bad days, which I have quite often.  Just as I started feeling better for about a week, then all of a sudden it hits me again like a ton of bricks.  The lightheadedness is the absolute worse!  It feels like I am in a completely different zone?  I can't concentrate, I can't talk to anyone and I get really irritated by the smallest things.  Also, I have a constant neck ache.  I was wondering if anyone else experiences these neck aches? I try to message it myself or put a heating pad on my neck.  It goes away then the next day, towards the afternoon it starts back up again!  Just wondering if anyone else has experienced that?

do you normally suffer from anxiety? If you do, it could be because of that. Usually people with anxiety have a heightened sense of their bodily feelings. Could maybe be your sinuses or caused by weather.
