To swfl_guy or anyone with answer

I am new to this site and was going back reading and came across a post by swfl_guy and was wondering if you are still around.  I was interested in The One Move by Joe Barry that you were sending out to people.  I looked at his website and it does sound interesting.  If anyone else has a free download of this it would be much, much appreciated.  I have had panic attacks for 20+ years.  I also have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.  One of the worst things about the panic attacks is my EXTREME fear of being alone, which really I need to be at times!!! Any help from anyone I will surely appreciate.
