I'm trying to figure out if it's anxiety or lymes

I suffer from symptoms that fall under anxiety and some that fall under lymes.

Symptoms are brain fog, tired all the time, memory loss, derealization, panic attacks, heart palpitations

Those are my mine main symptoms. When I went to the doctor they tell me it's general anxiety. When I saw a therapist she said it sounds like lymes. I had a lymes test and they said I'm fine. The lymes Socorro had me do more extensive blood work and thinks I have it. When I went back to the doctor they told me lymes doctor was stretching the blood work pretty far to get her lymes diagnosis.

I'm wondering if anyone else has these symptoms and if they could steer me in the right directions. If you think it's lymes, what would be the best way to treat it. Anyone who has anxiety what is the best way you know to help with my symptoms listed above. I currently take xanax to help with the anxiety and panic attacks.

Thank you

Tryptophan taken as a supplement most often does not cross the blood/brain barrier.  The form 5-HTP does better, but don't use this if you're on an antidepressant.  Sleepytime tea is nice, but not very strong for anxiety.  It can be helpful for sleep.  Folic acid probably won't help by itself, but a good stress B supplement can help an anxious person stay healthy.  It's unlikely to get rid of the anxiety unless it's quite mild.  Just sayin', this stuff can be more complicated than it sounds.

This doesn't really sound like Lymes to me, though I'm no medical professional.  It could be a lot of things -- it could be anxiety.  It could be thyroid.  It could be a food intolerance.  It could be blood sugar problems.  It could be too many things for us to really be of much help.  The only thing we do know is you say you suffer from anxiety, so I'd ask, for the short time that the Xanax is working, does this stuff go away?
