thanks. im following the therapists directions, being compliant. it can be a little tough but i think it makes me better all the time so im doing it. not easy to accept that you need help. but after that you can work on getting better.
Keep on going down the path you are going...you are confronting it..that is great! It DEFINITELY is not easy; facing your fears and accepting the anxiety never is, but with each passing session, you start to learn a lot about yourself and the condition. Keep doing what you are doing!

I am glad that you are progressing so well! You are still doing all the right things in my opinion. You have taken control and decided to confront it by gaining the knowledge and the knowhow to confront this. Just remember to focus on the long term if you have short term setbacks; don't get too discouraged because there is always bumps along the road in any challenge we undertake...keep on doing what you are doing and keep us posted!
