Weird feeling please help

I'm not sure if I should be posting this in the anxiety section, because im not sure whats going on with me, and its starting to worry me.  I feel physically 100% fine, BUT about 3 weeks ago i was working at school and i remember the exact time because i looked at the clock when it happened.  at 1 40 this feeling hit me very hard, all of a sudden i was very loopy, kinda out of it completely, i sat down becaues i thought i was having a panic attack, i had a very uncomfortable feeling.  well that feeling has not gone away for 4 weeks now.  At my house i dont really notice it, but when i go out i just feel very out of it and loopy.  its like a weird lightheadness not really dizzy just loopy feeling.  lol i keep saying loopy becaues its the best way to describe it.  I dont have a regular doctor and cant afford to keep goin to the hospital so ive resorted to posting on this website.  I hope someone can shed some light on this situation because it hasnt gone away which leads me to believe it wont.  someone help! lol

Since you don't experience this at home, it leads me to believe it's anxiety.  Your home has become your "safe place" and leaving that raises your anxiety level creating your symptoms.  You need to get help with this as it is difficult to beat on your own.  I assume the ER has ruled out other causes for what you are experiencing, si it may be time to address your anxiety.  Google "Mental Health Clinics" in your area, there are some that charge a very minimal fee, or one based on your income.  You're not alone, this is very typical of anxiety.  Therapy can help you identify the root cause of this and help you to deal with it and cope better in general.  I wish you all the best, and keep us posted!

There are so many things it could be, getting a definitive answer online isn't likely.

I had similar symptoms a few years ago and after many tests and seeing a neurologist, I was diagnosed with ophthalmic migraines triggered by overhead fluorescent lights.

But your issue could be something completely different and tests would need to be run for a diagnosis to be made
