What can I do to stop feeling faint when doing physical activity like cycling?

I've had a full blood test and results are normal, ecg is normal too, and that my heart is fine, doctor reassured me it's most probably anxiety.

It's an annoying and scary feeling, especially cycling in the countryside on your own.

Going up hill all the time becomes straining, then I get blurry eyes like everything is getting darker, then I get feelings of anxiety and excitement at the same time, then I start feeling queezy and lightheaded, like my ears is about to pop and pressure in my nose and ears, and numb tingly jaw...I sometimes get indigestion too.

I haven't cycled in years and started 3 months ago, I was never like that all those years ago, since I developed generalised anxiety and health anxiety I become like this.

What can I do? The feelings I get are horrible.:-(

I'm doing CCBT with the help of a helper and a community support group in town starting in June.

Put your work in on the CBT.  Some people with anxiety get anxious when they exercise vigorously because it makes the heart go faster which can feel like they do when having an anxiety attack, so they associate the feeling with the anxiety attack.  Same thing often happens when anxious people drink alcohol.  Not saying I know it isn't something physical, because it could also be lack of electrolytes in your diet or lack of hydration, so it could be lots of things.  But if it is anxiety, it's probably the association with feelings you get when anxious.
