dizziness all the time?

Can anxiety cause a person to have continual dizzy/lightheadedness? ( That's the best way I can describe it)

I have been having a bout of dizziness and went to Dr.  was told it was Vertigo and was given meds.  It didn't go away and they acted like I was lying.  Not like the meds were good, nothing but benadryl...lol....but anyhow..I starting googling.  I found this:

http://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec06/ch080/ch080e.html

Check it out and see if it sounds like you.  At the bottom is a chart that is an at home maneuver you can do.  I did it and it worked fine.  I think I'll need to give it another try (just did it last night, and they say sometimes it takes more than once for it to totally take care of it) cause I still have just a little dizziness.

Anyway read the chart like a clock.
