I am currently on no meds for depression due to the fact my doctor said it was not bad enough for any. So there for I just try to deal with it on my own. Yes, I do believe I was very anxious before my depression started but this has been going n for years now almost 2 or 3 and I have truly never done anything about it till now because it has gotten worse.
The stress of being a student is tremendous. What are you doing for your depression? Are you on medication for it? For me prolonged anxiety will lead to depression. Do you feel you were anxious first and then the depression came after? Sorry for all the questions, just kind of trying to get a better idea of where you are at with your symptoms.
