He may have told you to take them at night because they can make you tired. Have you started taking them yet? Paraxatine is generic for Paxil. It is an antidepressant and also can help with anxiety and some other conditions. We can not tell you what you should and should'nt take. If it were me though I would ask for a different med because Paxil, in my case, was very hard to quit once i was ready to stop taking it. I think you may do well on Clonazepam. It's for anxiety. It may take a little while to build up in your system so don't be upset if you don't see immediate results. We're all so different and respond to these meds differently, it's hard to say.

Can you say what meds the Dr gave you? I'm wondering if they're meant to be taken everyday or just when you need them? If the Dr gave you an antidepressant then you may have some side effects in the beginning. Possibly some nausea and dizziness. If it's an anti anxiety med only then you may feel a little tired at first.

Many people have anxiety when it comes to thinking they might have HIV. You did test 3 times and everything came back fine. You do not have it. I would recommend using protection with every single sex act so you won't have to go through this kind of anxiety again. If you can not get rid of this anxiety and still believe you may have HIV you might want to think about therapy to help you get over this fear.
