Xanax or Ativan
Just wondering which benzo would be best for panic disorder? Is xanax taken as a daily regiment or used sparingly when panics occur? Just wondering.
Im on Ativan now, I think i was on Xanax years ago & its kinda the same, i think that ativan might last longer though. im not really sure though.
