For those of you on Zoloft, did you notice an increase in anxiety and tiredness when your dose was upped from 50mg to 75mg?

that's exactly how I felt when I went from 25 to 50. give it a good 4-6 weeks to work. best of luck

I did decide to stay on it and give it another try, will see how it goes at 75mg. 50 was ok but not feeling great so hopefully this dose will help if not Lexapro here I come!! I have just noticed I am tired now, which I was when I use to take it, that is why I took it at night!! And my head feels like it's floating, i kind of remember this way back when I first started in the 90's!!

Hi again, so you decided to stick out the Zoloft versus trying the Lexapro?

It's absolutely normal for a lot of people to experience a reemergence of the common "start up" side effects (ie increased anxiety, etc) after a dosage increase.  It should be fairly short lived, and the longer you are on the Zoloft, typically, the less severe the side effects will be (and also they will shorten in duration as well) after dosage increases.
