What do you do when...

...It's the mental health staff that are "feeding" your anxiety?
I was told by my new psychiatrist that she would make sure that someone actually gave me the anxiety worksheets this time...
In November, just before my dad passed away, I was told by my doctor that he would have someone contact me to set me up with some online anxiety course, that he thought I would truly benefit from.
I REALLY could have used that help at that time...
It took weeks for them to contact me...when they finally did the woman said that I wasn't on the list...called my doc back and told him...he called her...he called me...he told me to call her back...I called her back...she said that I still wasn't on the list, but she would set me up anyway.
She told me to give her my email addy and she would send me the "secret link" and then another email with the "secret password" to enter the site.
I saw this new psychiatrist last week...both she and her assistant told me that they would make sure that I started on this module right away...the assistant sent me an email to confirm that it was the correct one...I sent an email back stating that is was indeed the right addy...still waiting.

Aren't these "professionals" there to help us? What are we paying them for?

I am SO glad that I have all of you on here. At least on here I know that someone else is reading this, and even though they may be going through worse than what I am, that they at least care, and will try to help.
Thank you so much to all of you!

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone here been on  the "secret site" of which they speak?

LMAO!!!

I just got an email from my psychiatrist's assistant...she asked me how the anxiety modules were working for me...I replied in big bold letters : " YOU DIDN"T SEND ME ANYTHING!! HOW SHOULD I KNOW?"

I'm presently awaiting her response...

I called mental health yesterday and asked them about this "secret site"...they explained that it's an online anxiety course with many modules. Upon completetion you should be feeling much better about yourself and have a handle on your anxiety.
The reason it is "Secret" is because if they made it an open course through google or whatever, then anyone would be able to access it and therefore would be able to talk to the people on there and harm them.
So this secret site is legitimate, it's just "hidden" in the realms of cyber world so that mean people can't hurt the wounded ones.

I know of no secret site and if there is one, why would it be a secret?  This all sounds bogus to me, maybe someone can enlighten both of us!
