CONCUSSION ANXIETY HELP

I just went skiing for the first time with my dad and my siblings. I'm only 14 years old. I was doing pretty good but then I fell pretty hard. I mean, I was falling before, but this time, my back slammed against the ground and my head whipped forward. Now it hurts when I shake my head or move it too rapidly. I'm scared I could have a concussion and I'm also really scared if I fall asleep I'll slip into a coma or die. Can someone help? I don't feel dizzy or lightheaded and I can remember my full name, what happened, what I had for breakfast, my birthday, my parents' birthday... The usually asked stuff.... But I read somewhere that it could take a few days for the full on symptoms to kick in. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

and really dont believe ev thing u read online    and i know that sounds kinda cliche at this point  but its the truth  sometimes fillng ur head online with stuff you dont even understand  can do more bad than good     best thing is to go straigt to someone who knows     most hopitals have 24 hr nurse hot lines u can call for free   you can explain to them your situation    what happened   and they will talk to u and based on how your feeling/what happened etc.  the nurse will tell you if you need to seek medical help or not

You need to voice your concerns to your parents if you are concerned.  I'm not a doctor or anything but if you are having pains and conern for your health it never heards to just be safe and then eliminate that worry.  Just try and stay calm tho  drink some water  just relax for a second watch some tv or just talk/hang out with a friend. basically what im saying is do something to take ur mind off of it.  I think u are just having a little anxiety but if the pain persists for the next 3 hours or so id go tell your parents or the closest responsible adult   im sure ur fine but always trust ur instints its not a bad thing to want to know if you are ok or not    im sure u are fine but still take the precautions nessecary thats my advice  goodluck!
