anxiety and left hand/arm
does anyone have left hand/arm issues with their anxiety? like it gets numb or hurts?
i would check a rheumatologist
might be arthritis fibromyalgia
i have both and get crab hands depending on weather and how much i use them
a good rheumatologist could help best

I also suffer from pain in my right hand all the time. When I write something than it becomes more stiff & I find it difficult to write for a long time.
it depends on how bad my attacks are i get knumbness everywhere
