living w/ anxiety n depression

it hasnt been easy seems like all my life I have to deal with anxiety and depression this takes over my life I found out I was pregnant and I stop taking meds scare it might cause harm to the baby Im having a very hard time without my meds Im at my worst Im not sure what to do

I havent had my first prenatal visit because there was no appointment it was suppose to be on the 27 of feb but when I stated my condition they tranfer me to a high risk clinic and now I have to wait for march 14 I did try to tell my general dr about gettig me on some safe meds but they told me that was the obgyn jobs .NOt caring about my dark circles cuz of no sleep and how exhausted I look!!!  :/

It can be hard for people to understand unless they have it. How do you do at Drs appointments? Can you talk to your Dr about a possible med you can take while pregnant?

to be honest the ppl that I have told about my anxiety really dont take it seriouse they dont knoe how severe it is for me sO I just keep it to myself and try to get by

I agree with the above poster. There are a few possible meds you might be able to take during pregnancy.
Can you take someone with you during the evaluation? It might help if you have someone there with you.

my anxiety gets so bad I never go through with counseling I dont get pass the evaluation ! I will speak to my doc tom on acsafe med for me! thanks

Did you check with your doctor to see if there are pregnancy safe meds you can take. I know there are I'm taking some now my self since my husband and I are trying for a baby. Talk to your doctor about some of those category B meds which are safe to take while pregnant.

How long until your baby is born? Are you in counseling right now?
