I dont know what is it , i fear from going to toilet whenever goes in I feel i will fell down my other activities also got interupted bu this ,, dont know what to do
Your problem probably goes beyond your fear of the toilet, which is obviously irrational. It might be a good idea to seek professional help.
The toilet is of western type I only feel like fainting but not actually faint when only in toilet..
I think I understand your problem, but am not sure. If it is the toilet customarily used in the Middle East that upsets you, you might feel more comfortable using a western toilet.
