anxiety or not?

I have a hiv infection fear and when I consider it during the day I feel  pain in my left arm.
Also, I cannot sleep well and I have night sweats.
Can anxiety cause left arm pain and night sweats?
Anybody felt these symptoms before due to anxiety?

I had crazy night sweats when I was at my worst with my anxiety. I would wake up and just feel awful from it. You can have panic attacks in your sleep which you are unaware of. Once I got control of my anxiety the night sweats stopped.

I have never heard of those symptoms relating to anxiety disorder, which i have also.

I think what you are experiencing is psychosomatic feelings in your arms. It's when something is disturbing you mentally, but you have physical side affects. Either way, please get tested to check for sure, and to relieve some of your anxiety

dude my arms go numb in my sleep my left one and i wake up cant breath heart beating out my chest...its scary stuff
