You have a misunderstanding of the symptoms of anxiety. The only common symptom is feeling anxious about things you never felt anxious about before or having irrational fears. The physical symptoms people have differ quite a bit and often change over time if the condition sticks around. Your job right now is to see a doctor and find out if something physiological is going on, as many physiological conditions can cause symptoms that also happen with people who have anxiety. In fact, many people are diagnosed by their doctors as suffering anxiety because the doctors are lazy or in too much of a hurry and it's hard sometimes to find underlying causes of things. If there isn't any physiological problem going on, the next step would be to see a psychologist who specializes in anxiety treatment. In your case, you need to do this more than most because you need a diagnosis -- you have to find out if you're in fact suffering anxiety. Psychologist have the most years of training in psychology. One thing I've learned is, chronic anxiety starts out episodic and grows if left untreated until it becomes harder and harder to function, meaning, you could be developing an anxiety disorder. You could also be taking a multivitamin that makes you feel nauseous and that feeling is making you anxious. There's a lot that could be going on. Good luck to you.
