I meant you won't become mad. Whoops. ( Haha )
Trust me you become mad or go insane. If that was the case we would all be mad by now. It is a normal fear. When you don't understand what is going on and why it is all happening to you. They are the questions you need answered. You would get a better understanding with the help of a good therapist. They explain anxiety and panic and show you new ways to deal with it. That alone might be enough to help you out. But I would suggest you visit your doctor first. See what he has to say. He will probably suggest theraphy as well. The more you understand the condition and accept it the more you can begin to fight back. The less you know about it the worse. Because you fear the unknown. So, doctor, therapist and see how you feel after that. We are always here if you have any more questions.
based on my experienced, zips of water or drinks will do, and do not mind your breathing and palpitations if u have.. close your eyes, and breath slowly, saying... I am healthy, do that until you calm down, do not anticipate everything, go with the flow, feel every panics you will have, because that's the only way to be strong and not to be scared anymore.
