You are going thru some tough times in your life.  Anyone would be stressed and anxious under these circumstances.   You should discontinue drinking and smoking weed as these will make your situation much worse, ESPECIALLY while taking pills, Which I assume you mean medicaton.  Make an appointment with the therapist or doctor prescribing your medication and discuss what you are going thru with them and be sure to tell them everything you mentioned here.  With help you can get thru this and start feeling better.   Try to have a good sit down with your pop and openly discuss what's going on inside you with him.  I think you'll find things aren't going that great for him now either and together you can help each other get back on the right track.

Hi,

Everyone has things that dont go right in their lives. That doesnt make you abnormal or crazy. Try to stop thinking negative things toward yourself and start thinking positive.

I find that exercise is amazing. Although its probably the last thing on your mind, if you push yourself to join a gym, or a group activity ... it will help so much.

Get involved with community sports, hobbies and try take the focus away from your thoughts a little bit my being productive and giving yourself less time to get stuck in your head.

Try eat healthy because what we put into our bodies is also a big mood lifter.
