Having a Hard time to get into Sleep?

Have you experienced having a hard time getting to sleep because of Stress, anxiety, insomnia and so on?
perhaps you are having so many things in your mind such a chaotic situations you have been in,
mistakes that you really want to set right, broken heart and random things that you should have done in the past and for the future as well.

It's really damn annoying when you really have to sleep because you will be doing something by the next morning yet you couldn't though you tried so many times. but it's more disturbing when it occurs  every night.

BUT lately, I have discovered a new method on how to cope with my insomnia with so much excitement to go to bed every night.

This is what i called "ALL BY MYSELF METHOD!" (sounds awkward lol!:P)
But this means watching a story but neither seeing a movie nor getting it from the book.. :)
that is why i called it "ALL BY MYSELF" lol.
you will be the one who will make your own story, Visualize it, putting a Music background, dressing up the characters, making their characteristic, Making their attitudes, making their passions, their act, consequences, appearance, barriers and so on and so forth. USING YOUR MIND. but it depends on your intellectual capacity so should be free from confusion or other complicated things on your mind.

STEPS:

*Make your bed comfortable. free from disturbing background Noises. neither hot nor too cold room Temperature..

*Lay down and give yourself time to finish thinking about your stuff so it wont disturb you while watching your own movie.(just make sure it will not last longer so you can start up creating a Drama right away) lol

*CLOSE YOUR EYES, RELAX....... focus and start the story BUT NEVER ASSUME TO BE ONE OF THE CHARACTERS as you will be making yourself perfect in the story or not having any Flaws and NEGATIVE SIDES! lol

*Think about the a new character with a new face, an attitude and passions depends on what you want.

*Dont make your story SHORT! as you will meet your story Continuously for a couple of nights til' you finished it.
it will help you to get excited every night to see the next scene.  

*Make sure your story is well-Detailed and you're Visualizing every single moment on it..

Ex:

She was lying on the couch,  so heart broken and alone so she called her friend and ask come along.

you should see this scene on your mind.

If you have read a long love story from a book or  seen a nice movie, You can get an idea on how do you think you would start and end the story.. You can make it, Love story, Action, Fantasy etc. depends on your Mood.:) lol


For sure by time your were seeing it, you can get to sleep any moment without knowing how you did the next morning:). lol

*then continue the story on the next evening and make sure you will  think about the continuation instead of starting it again so it would be more fun and exciting to go to bed every night. lol.


this really works with me. It's been 2 weeks since i started my story and as of now I'm not finish yet cause I'm making sure that the story is really Detailed and I'm not in hurry to finish it right away, infact i can easily get to sleep thats why it took so long lol ..

Well, aside from Coping with my insomnia, I really enjoy doing it every night. furthermore, I Discovered a lot from doing this, and it makes me Think that i can be a good writer and i have really a Huge faculty of mind. LOL.  

It'll not just help you get into sleep easily.. It'll also help you to expand your ability to Create a good story and it'll also help you to Discover your Hidden capacity of being a WRITER as well. lol

Writing a story has been my passion since i was a 4th Grader, but i started it with drawing (Kiddie thing isn't it? lol)
then i started writing a poem when i was in High school. That's definitely the reason why i can easily create a story because I've been practicing it for so long.

Yes, had trouble sleeping due to stress etc..........
Now taking St John's Wort and I think im slowly getting my old sleeping pattern back, who knows?
