anxiety

i was wondering if anxiety can cause just smptoms even when you don't have anxiety attacks, because most days i get the weird feeling in the face ,tingling, even when i don't have have an attack.

The short answer is yes.  Anxiety takes a toll on you both mentally and physically. I feel run down have aches and pains, and wierd feelings all over my body.  Have you talked to you doctor about it and/or a therapist?

I would have to agree with cj29. I sometimes get the symptoms of what I think is going to turn into a full blown panic attack but it never does. It sure does take a toll on you as a whole and I get the aches and pains and weird feelings quite often.

Yes!!!  I feel mine as soon as I get up in the morning and just feel "WEIRD" all day, every day!!

Yes, yes, and yes!! This is called GAD, generalized anxiety lingering in the background between attacks, very common!

i was wondering the exact same thing because i also experience what seems like symptons all day long, but i dont have an attack all the time?

i've started on meds...will they help with the generalized anxiety lingering or just the attacks?
