Heavy head

I have been dealing with anxiety and panic disorders for 6 years and I have recently been feeling like my head weighs more then it should and that my balance is very off. When I stand up  I keep my toes clenched. I feel like I am going to fall over. Is this a normal symptom for anxiety? I am worried that there is something seriously wrong with me. I have had every test possible ran and everything comes back normal. I just want some answers.

I think I can relate and I was quite curious about it at first too. I used to get (and still do occasionally) a heavy, intense pressure, dizzy, weird feeling in my head. It was like, as dumb as it sounds, as if someone like inflated my head with something. Anything I leaned against moved. Things that are unable to move. My balance was off. It was odd. The interesting part is that is usually only happened at work. When I was at home I seldom felt it. Also, if I ever got involved in an intense conversation, it would come on as well. That is why I deemed it anxiety. Of course at first I thought it was something tragic like a tumor. I've learned anxiety can produce some very odd feelings in the body. But, as always, it something just doesn't seem right, it is always prudent to get a doctor's opinion.

It could be a symptom of anxiety, everyone is different. For me first thing in the morning i am really dizzy, and i feel like i am going to pass out, but it goes away as i wake up. Are you experancing any other symptoms other than that?
