anxiety

when i get anxiwty attacks or if my heart starts to beat too fast, when it finall y slows down i feal a pain over my heart and straight down to my left hand, what is that? is there something wrong with my heart?

anxiety is crazy.. which ever part of body u will concentrate on you will feel the pain.. i have been through that route and i had nothing.. there can be thousands of reasons why your chest might hurt... and your left arm too...

first of all when u have an attack, your chest and arm should hurt a lot, which will signify thats something is wrong wiht your heart.. not when you are resting....


but having said that i am not a doctor, i will get it chekced to be on the safe side...
